Why Nayib Bukele?

Abstract

The causes of why El Salvador has become world news are explained, in spite of the disinformation and discrediting campaigns of the NGOs integrated by ex-officials and employees of the ARENA and FMLN governments, who pretend to return to the old regime where corruption had the rank of State policy, both political parties created the conditions for the growth and protection of organized crime. It also addresses the success of the Territorial Control Plan and the Exception Regime in the context of the War against Gangs, which has contributed decisively to the construction of a new El Salvador, which is why there has been an increase in investment, tourism, clean energy, employment, exports, etc. This new country is thanks to the leadership of President Nayib Bukele; in these last elections 85 percent of the population reelected him and according to polls 100 days into his second term he has more than 90 percent support from the Salvadoran citizens.
