Institutional Integrity Models: A contribution to National Security and Development and Democracy

Abstract

This paper refers to the Institutional Integrity Models, which constitute a valid option to generate ethical culture and personal and organizational integrity in the country's public institutions. Having public servants with integrity at all levels of each organization should be a priority aspiration of the Central Government and Local Governments, in order to achieve their mission, generate trust in the people who receive the services they provide and achieve the common good. The Institutional Integrity Models are a powerful instrument to prevent acts of corruption, anti-ethics and indiscipline, because they aspire to make people look inward to strengthen and assimilate ethical values, because it is within the people the place where the issue of reducing corruption to the minimum expression will be solved; and in parallel, we must continue to react categorically to acts of corruption, anti-ethics and indiscipline consummated. This is prevention reinforced by law; all of which is a contribution to Security and National Development.
