Abstract

The Con-Secuencias Magazine with this issue ends its second year of publication in a continuous and punctual manner, where national and historical analyses have been made, with a vision from the academy, it has set the standard by considering scientific research as a basis for theoretical approaches to the causes and consequences of the national reality, taking into consideration objectivity and impartiality.

The Con-Secuencias Magazine in these two years has gained the credibility of national and international intellectuals and academics, we are grateful for the citations they have made of the material published in their articles and books, also, we extend our recognition to the authors who have contributed with their interesting contributions from sociology, political science, anthropology, history, etc.

In these two years, Con-Secuencias Magazine has become a study and consultation material for high school and university students, as well as for researchers of higher education institutions; we have been surprised and pleased that union leaders, politicians and congressmen from Latin American countries consult the magazine's material to propose solutions to problems of citizen security, education, health, etc.
