El Salvador since its foundation as a State was called democratic and republican, so it was stated in official documents and in the rhetoric of the republican, conservative, right and left political leaders, so it was for two centuries, until 2019, with the arrival of Nayib Bukele as president of the country began the construction of a political system and democratic model, leaving in the past the authoritarianism and dictatorships of the corrupt governments of the past. The re-foundation of the State occurs at the margin of traditional ideologies, the current president of El Salvador governs for the benefit of the citizen regardless of social extraction, economic income, ethnicity, ideology, religion, etc., the historical privileges and immunities of the oligarchy and corrupt politicians are over, as well as the marginalization and exclusion of the most vulnerable citizens. Salvadorans reelected Nayib Bukele with 85 percent of the electoral body, which means that he has the immense support of the Salvadoran population.
