Abstract

This is a detailed review that illustrates how Nayib Bukele became a leader who stoically and heroically confronted a political system constituted by officials lacking ethics and morality belonging to the traditional parties of ARENA and the FMLN, who maintained deputies, magistrates in the Supreme Court of Justice and the Supreme Electoral Tribunal as guarantors of the system of corruption, These powers, making use of the violation of the Constitution of the Republic of El Salvador and secondary laws, opposed and practically closed the legal channels for the registration of the candidacy of Nayib Bukele for the Presidency and Felix Ulloa Jr. for the Vice Presidency, however, practically one hour before the closing of the registration period, they broke the siege set by the nefarious powers that had governed El Salvador. Thus began the construction of a new El Salvador.
