Abstract

Corruption is a phenomenon that has always affected the stability, security, and development of societies, as it undermines democratic institutions and values. In this regard, we are all called upon to ensure compliance with the fundamental values that lead to excellent performance in the service provided by employees or public servants in government institutions, thereby contributing to a better society.
